I'm a donkey from spain who loves to eat strawberries. ok, so im not a donkey, and i'm not from spain either, but i do love strawberries. they're very nice. i love to watch the flamenco but i would hate to dance it too!
i wish that one day i get invited to the mad hatter's tea party it would be fun to keep changing seats-
but nothing beats grandma and grandpa's heat with dry heat

the big picture

I have to finish my own weight in homework so i probably should lose weight. homework is a common object of procrastination. however i can't really be bothered cause i got hit by a cloud and fell from below into a giant hole in the sky. since this makes no sense to you, it makes no sense to me either so yeah that's my big picture!;p

i went to have tea today in a British tea room with my grandmother and aunts and they told me about the red hat soicety and its so funny!! the society was inspired by a poem and i found it in the bathroom of the tea room.

When I Am an Old Woman
by:Sandra Martz
When I am an old woman, I shall wear purple
With a red hat which doesn't go and doesn't suit me.
And I shall spend my pension on brandy and summer gloves
And satin sandals and say we've no money for butter.
I shall sit down on the pavement when I am tired
And gobble up samples in shops and press alarm bells
And run my stick along public railings
And make up for the sobriety of my youth.
I shall go out in my slippers in the rain
And pick flowers in other people's gardens
And learn to spit.
You can wear terrible shirts and grow more fat
And eat three pounds of sausages at a go
Or only bread and a pickle for a week
And hoard pens and pencils and beermats and things in boxes
But now we must have clothes that keep us dry
And pay our rent and not swear in the street
And set a good example for the children.
We will have friends to dinner and read the papers.
But maybe I ought to practice a little now?
So people who know me are not too shocked and surprised
When suddenly I am old and start to wear purple.

something for all women to look forward to when they hit 50. they have these women in big groups together and they wear purple dresses and red hats and do wild things such as watch the race car games. im not sure about the author but i know she is a English woman. my aunt is designing cards and stuff for them. wee. anyhoo, the tea room was wonderful and i had a lot of fun looking around. i had Earl of sandwiches for lunch.
im watching a baseball game tonight in the stadium that should be fun as well. wee.
